How to create a Dial-Up Network Connection in Windows 98 /98se


  1. CLICK the Start menu, then RUN.
    Type inetwiz then Click OK

  2. Click on the I want to set up my internet connection manually radio button
    Then Click Next

  3. Click the I connect through a phone line and a modem radio button
    Click Next

  4. Put the Telephone number for Iron Mountain in the area marked Telephone number:
    Make sure that the Box for Dial using area code is NOT checked
    Click Next

  5. In the User name text box, type your Iron Mountain username (The First part of your e-mail address)
    In the Password text box, type your Internet Password - make sure your Caps Lock is off.
    Click Next.

  6. In the Connection text box, type IMS
    Click Next.

  7. Select Yes to create a new e-mail account.
    Click Next.

  8. Click the Create a new Internet mail account radio button
    Then Click Next.

  9. In the Display name text box, put your name.
    Click Next.

  10. Put your e-mail address into the text box.
    Click Next.

  11. For the Incoming and Outgoing Mail servers put mail.yosemite.net
    Click Next.

  12. In the Account name text box, type your Iron Mountain username (The First part of your e-mail address)
    In the Password text box, type your Internet Password - make sure your Caps Lock is off.
    Do NOT select the Secure Password Authentication (SPA) option!
    Click Next.

  13. You have Finished the Setup
    Click Finish.

  14. Click Start
    Then go to Settings then Control Panel
    Open Internet Options
    In the Home page text box, type http://member.yosemite.net
    Click OK
